JOB DESCRIPTION:
This Key Account Specialist position will contribute to the achievement of sales targets of the ADC brands by establishing programs and partnerships to strengthen brand presence and drive business objectives in the retail channel business, specifically in the Key Chain Accounts of ADC.

Sensitive/ confidential data handled: Division A&P, New Products Plan and Business Plan
Key Areas of Accountability
Supports the Key Account Manager in establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans. Assists in the development of trade promotional plans with key customers and channels. Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance. Collaborates with the Marketing Dept. in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts in order to supervise all promotional activities. Supports the Key Account Manager in execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away. Supports the Key Account Manager in monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution.

Knowledge & Experience:
Demonstrated Sales / Key Account and/ or Trade Marketing Experience from an FMCG or OTC organization.
Collaborative and has demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
Must have good project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
