About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate. This position will be an integral part of the event registration team supporting the Wells Fargo Meeting and Events (WFME) operations. This person will employ creative and innovative thinking in establishing solutions to identify and execute appropriate design and technology strategies on event registration sites' lifecycle.
Business Execution Associate
Design and builds simple, moderate and complex event registration websites, mobile apps and surveys.
Serves as an SME/POC by providing best practices, training and guidance to team members.
Oversees final checks, quality audits, website usability testing, registration, and reporting functionality from staging to go live.
Handles complex and large-scale projects and works alongside project owners/planners/marketers to implement event registration website builds.
Provides technical support, troubleshoot, and handle escalations throughout the build and launch process of the website.
Supports and handles project and task queue management.
Champions process improvements and project initiatives.
Works closely with partners, planners, and marketers.
Performs attendee management/customer service task including:
Responds to attendee inquiries and provides accurate, satisfactory support in editing attendee registration data (lodging, travel, attendee information and addressing questions or concerns.
With directions from the Planner or Business Partner, communicates with attendees to inform about changes to event information or registration changes.
Collaborates with planners and other registration coordinators on Best In Class way to maintain attendee information and attendee management tasks.
Creates data management reports with periodic analytic review for comparison of event registration information.
Collaborates across business functions to identify and mitigate risks associated with the tasks.
Maintains adherence to operational processes, report on inconsistencies and validate documents.
Uses multiple online systems and applications. Duties may include receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed; verifying accuracy; resolving moderate to highly complex customer issues using multiple resources and records; preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience working on event registrations in the hospitality and/or meetings and events industry
At least 5 years' experience in event management platforms: Cvent, Lanyon and/or Aventri (formerly e-touches)
Desired Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design experience, digital marketing and events.
Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Self-starter, detail oriented, and problem solver.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and API integration.
Great active listening skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
A patient and empathetic attitude.
Strong time management and organizational skills
Advance troubleshooting skills to addresses technical issues on event registration sites raised by planners and/or registrants.
Experience working in hospitality and related industries is a plus.
Willing to work on night shift (US Eastern/Pacific).
