Are you passionate about driving impactful marketing strategies and leading dynamic teams? We're seeking an outstanding Junior Marketing Manager who will be the driving force behind our client's marketing initiatives. This role involves creating a brand that effectively communicates our client's purpose, shapes perception, and increases awareness on both local and global scales. Additionally, it involves spotlighting our client's diverse community, ensuring they have an inspiring and empowering experience.
The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a passion for delivering results while prioritizing the diverse needs of our client's community. They must also possess a strong background and proven expertise in performance marketing strategies.
Scope & Responsibilities:
Develop designs for projects that directly contribute to achieving country-specific goals and campaigns.
Manage designs for all on-brand internal and external content for our clients in the Philippines.
Propose the visual approach for campaigns on a monthly or quarterly basis, aligning with the overall brand campaign.
Specialize in creating and managing digital assets.
Define the creative direction and produce digital assets across various platforms, including social media, websites, apps, and EDM.
Support other departments, such as corporate sales and HR, with creative initiatives.
Create storyboards and edit videos as requested by the local marketing team.
Recommend innovative creative activities for the brand, such as unique activations beyond traditional strategies.
In addition to graphics and multimedia, contribute diverse creative skills like storyboarding, coordinating photo and video shoots, developing hero content, and creating various video productions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing and brand building.
Strong in Performance, CRM, Social Media and Organic Marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing strategies and execution.
Demonstrated success crafting and executing impactful digital marketing strategies across diverse online platforms.
Proven ability to draft comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing consumer recall and brand familiarity.
Experience in leveraging internal and external marketing channels to stimulate consumer consideration and engagement.
Track record of successfully directing efforts to increase Direct Bookings and Room Night Growth.
Proficiency in supervising user acquisition activities across diverse marketing channels.
Demonstrated capability in driving demand generation activities, including coordination with CRM and sales communication.
History of building and executing holistic campaigns/initiatives that significantly contribute to brand engagement and overall growth.
Previous experience managing PR campaigns and conducting interviews across traditional and digital media platforms.
Skilled in creating measurement frameworks to effectively monitor and evaluate campaign/initiative effectiveness.
Proven ability to analyze channel performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Aptitude for identifying and establishing synergistic partnerships aimed at facilitating new customer acquisitions.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the business environment within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.

Demonstrable portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proven ability to thrive under pressure, managing tight requirements, and meeting challenging deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in brand thinking, adept at grasping our client's visual language, and preserving the brand's tone.
