MARKETING MANAGER
Position Summary
Responsible for the marketing activities, development and strategies for brand management. From planning to execution and coordination with the partners and franchise relations team. Business to business marketing. Business to consumer marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the execution of marketing programs, campaigns and activities.
Creates an innovative and or sustaining marketing plan for the brand/s assigned.
Strengthen online and social media campaigns by working closely with the creatives team for the sales promotion and brand awareness.
Local store marketing.
Assure that the nationwide promos are approved by the top management and coordinates it with the concerned departments and franchisees.
Handles Interbrand and External partnerships.
Present marketing budgets to be spent in marketing related projects and communicate it to the management for their inputs and approval.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends and marketing analysis to build business strategies.
Conducts competitor benchmarking.
Collects data that is relative in the sales and promotion of the products offered.
Maintain pre and post evaluation of the deliverables.
Managing and supervision of the marketing and creatives team.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Communications or any related field is required
Work Experience
At least five (5) years working experience in Marketing/ Campaigns preferably in Food and Restaurant Services.
