Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and gathering potential leads from various sources, including Facebook and job boards. Your primary focus will be on using email extractor extensions to compile lead emails, organizing the data in an Excel sheet, and ensuring accurate segmentation of leads.
Responsibilities:
Lead Identification:
Utilize Facebook groups and job boards to identify potential leads for our products/services.
Use email extractor extension to gather lead emails quick and efficiently.
Data Compilation:
Extract relevant lead information and compile it into a structured format.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of lead data.
Database Management:
Create and maintain an organized database of leads using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
Regularly update the database with new leads and relevant information.
Segmentation:
Categorize leads based on predefined criteria or segments.
Implement a systematic approach to sorting and organizing leads for targeted outreach.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand lead requirements and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and address any challenges or issues.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct periodic reviews of lead data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Implement measures to enhance the overall quality of lead information
Has at least 2 years of relevant experience in lead generation or data entry
Experience from the hospitality industry is an advantage.
Proficient in using email extractor extensions and similar lead generation tools.
Microsoft Excel skills for data compilation and organization.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Basic understanding of segmentation and categorization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
