Junior I.T. Network Support Engineer

TO QUALIFY:
BS ECE and/or BS I.T. graduate
Preferably with CCNA Certification .
With knowledge in LAN/WAN technology, Internet technology, experience in routing and network protocols, especially TCP/IP
With solid understanding of network topologies & design: routing, switching, and MPLS/VPLS
Willing to travel to provincial sites.
Willing to work Mondays-Saturdays (and holidays IF required by project deadline).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY TASKS:
Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to clients via various channels (phone, chat, email, text).
Provide ON-SITE technical support at customer's location.
Install, configure, diagnose and rectify computer systems, network hardware/software components and peripherals.
Support Sales Team in matching technical solutions with client requirements.
Assist in documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
Assist Sales Team in presenting technical solutions to clients.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
With strong interpersonal skills (client-facing).
Adept in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Can work well under pressure and within strict deadlines.
Results oriented.
