Prepare check vouchers, creditable withholding tax, and financial entries for disbursement
Review contracts of suppliers, leases, etc.
Prepare official receipts and financial entries for collections
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and accounting of cash balance
Prepare monthly journal entries, income statements, balance sheets, financial schedules, and cash flow statements
Handle manual bookkeeping of Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) book of accounts (general journal, ledger, cash disbursement, cash receipt)
Assist in the preparation of various tax-related reports and computations
Handle other BIR transactions (application/update of BIR registration, authority to print and registration to Electronic Filing and Payment System (EFPS) facility)
Assist in the regular external and BIR audit activities
Handle filing of audited financial statements and verification of General Information Sheets (GIS)
Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time
