We are seeking a Finance and Admin Manager to oversee financial operations and administrative functions within our company. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree and a Professional License, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Others or Equivalent
Must be a CPA
Has experience in preparing and/or checking payroll
Knows about filing BIR returns via eFPS such as withholding taxes, income tax, VAT, Statements preparation, and others
Proficient in MS office applications
With advanced knowledge of using computer
Knows PEZA reportorial requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in General Accounting including Financial
Extensive Background in P&L and Taxation
Experience with the Xero application is a plus
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
