JOB DETAILS:
Client Info: This Company is a travel agency accredited by American express. It is also an accredited agency for Japan Visa Services.
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
Japanese N1, N2 Level (Certificate not required)
Fluent in English
Graduate of Tourism or any related course
Preferably with 1 year experience in booking and reservation
Computer competent (MS Office Application - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Responsibilities:
Arrange travel for business and vacation customers
Determine customers' needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
Find fare and schedule information
Describe trips to clients and give details on required documents, such as passports and visas
Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
