Requirements:
- Filipino or Filipino-Japanese fluent in Japanese
- JLPT N1 passer/level
- College graduate/undergraduate of any course
- With or without related work experience
- With computer skills
- With Call center or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding the game
- Acknowledging and resolving customer concern through chat, email and phone
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Responsible in keeping the customer's information
- Provide information and instructions to gamers
- Responsible for generating reports related to customer queries
