Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
English communication skills (both in written and spoken)
Completed at least 2 yrs in college
Preferably with minimum of 6 months BPO experience
Customer Service experience is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
Responsible to handle customer concerns regarding hotel/condo accommodation through phone calls, chat, and email
Resolve and escalate issues appropriately
Research information and give solutions to the customers using available resources
Responsible in monitoring and controlling the various tasks given
