Answer incoming "Sales Related" calls and proactively qualify sales opportunities
Document all incoming calls using the CRM tool.
Promote company's existing and new products and solutions with a unique value proposition
Escalating problems to the Technical Support team when standard troubleshooting techniques and databases cannot provide an adequate solution.
Provide assistance with all internal and external customers for all of the company's products.
