The company acknowledge and embrace their responsibilities as a licensed gambling operator by continuously reviewing their customers' activity to ensure that they meet their player safety and anti-money laundering requirements.
You'll play a pivotal part in this working within their due diligence team by compiling risk and affordability profiles for higher risk customers using open and paid sources in Japanese and English. You'll therefore need to be fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English.
You'll be responsible for reviewing the information that you gather and for relaying this information, along with any player safety or money laundering concerns that you identify, to relevant stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a natural curiosity, analytical mind and sharp attention to detail along with the drive to go one better. You'll be comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, working within watertight processes and playing a key part of a dynamic team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent spoken and written Japanese and English
At least 1 to 2 years of experience working on similar capacity and industry
An excellent attention to detail
A natural curiosity and a drive to find out more
Ability to adhere to watertight processes and a drive to hit targets
Ability to work within a team and build relationships with other departments and stakeholders
A broad knowledge of customer due diligence and know your customer processes, ideally within the gaming industry
Ability to present information clearly and make appropriate recommendations
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Confident working using systems and data to analyze and make recommendations to stakeholders
Amenable to work on shifting schedule and holidays (and on-site if needed)
