Requirements:
Open for Native candidates with permanent visa
Proficient in both Italian and English
With an experience in technical support environment
Knowledge in technical tools is and with excellent computer skills is a plus
Preferably candidates currently residing in Philippines
Responsibilities:
Attend to customer's inquiries via call and email.
Perform technical tests and troubleshooting for software issues.
Translate technical documents into Italian to English and vice versa
Analyze and resolve technical issues.
Perform other tasks if needed.
