Position Summary:
Manage and maintain workstations and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Work with all aspects of desktop computers including initial installation and roll-out, repairs, upgrades and day-to-day user support.
 
Responsibilities:
Administer and Monitors on both Windows and Linux Server.
Computer/Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
Data Backup and Recovery.
Office software Installation.
Performs monthly preventive maintenance (Software/Hardware).
Performs configuration and installation of local extensions.
Coordinates the clients on IT support and project setup requirements.
User desktop support during shifts and Monitoring LAN/WAN connections.
Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Bachelors degree in BS Information Technology or related course
At least 6 months of IT Support experience
Willing to work full-time
Flexibility to work any shift and on weekends
