WE ARE HIRING: IT OFFICER

We are looking for a highly competent and proactive IT Officer who understands business operations and can align technology solutions with company needs. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless internet connectivity, secure data management, and efficient HRIS system support across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:
Network & Internet Management
Ensure stable and secure internet connectivity across office and project sites
Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISP) for installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues promptly
Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment
Systems & Infrastructure Support
Install, configure, and maintain company computers, printers, and peripherals
Provide technical support to employees (hardware and software concerns)
Implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Data & File Management
Manage and maintain local servers, shared drives, and document storage systems
Ensure proper file organization, backup protocols, and data security
Implement regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures
HRIS & Software Administration
Support and maintain HRIS systems (user access, troubleshooting, updates)
Coordinate with HR for system improvements and reporting needs
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and system efficiency
IT Security & Compliance
Implement cybersecurity measures and antivirus systems
Monitor system vulnerabilities and protect company data
Ensure compliance with data privacy and IT governance standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
At least 2-3 years relevant experience as IT Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge in networking, internet configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience in local server management and file system maintenance
Familiar with HRIS systems and database management
Proactive, dependable, and capable of handling urgent technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
