Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT desktop support 24x7 support Able to deliver technical support without much supervision Experience with Windows 10 or latest, Office 365, VPN, virtual conference platforms like Zoom, Webex, Teams, etc. Experience with or knowledge of any IP-based telephony Maintain IT assets inventory A good grounding of providing high volume, fast-paced desktop support Has Microsoft Certification on desktop support or equivalent experience Familiar with security systems, computer room distribution, server room air conditioning and environmental monitoring and a desire to learn new and different technologies in these fields Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, Visio, etc.) Adept in configuration management and routine maintenance of the AD, mainstream Windows and Mac systems, and mobile systems Good at communicating with others in a proactive manner Passionate about new technologies and a demonstrable enthusiasm in keeping up-to-date with latest trends and solutions Solid IT service process experience. Candidates must be amenable to report for work during graveyard and rotational schedule with operations during holidays and weekends RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for maintaining the normal operation of company's internal clients Responsible for hardware malfunction handling, such as client, network, telephone line, printer, etc. Maintain and support the internal client application systems Responding to client requests and requirements in a timely manner Responsible for network cabling within the site Set-up, control and maintain as necessary the security systems, computer room distribution, room air conditioning, computer room, environmental monitoring Assist in ad hoc assigned projects.
