JOB POSITION: I.T SUPPORT ENGINEER - MANILA
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
With knowledge or hands-on experience in ticketing systems, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willing to work onsite.
Possesses strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services.
Processes and resolves concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the product.
Ensures to meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client
Check the designated queue in Autotask to see if a ticket has been assigned to you.
Update the ticket as soon as you work on it.
Check pending tickets and make sure that they are completed within the specified ticketing system.
Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in Autotask for complete resolution
