JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot network and computer problems.
Maintain lists of software and hardware equipment.
Protect and secure data from unauthorized intrusion, secure computer data and other necessary means.
Sets up, coordinates and monitors the operation of electronic computer equipment for end users in a network environment.
Ensure a secure transfer of data to various locations via internal and external networks.
Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.
Suggest for possible upgrades and changes for the betterment of the system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Bachelor of Science in information Technology.
Knowledge in computer troubleshooting, computer networking (routers, switches, etc.) and structural cabling.
Knowledge in network firewalls is an advantage.
Knowledge in Domain and Active Directory is an advantage.
Knowledge in Electronics circuitry and Printer repairs is an advantage.
Flexible and can work with minimum supervision and has initiative.
Must have strong sense of commitment and high sense of responsibility.
Has the ability to perform multi-tasking functions.
