Position Summary
We are looking for an IT Specialist who will engage with Marketing, Sales and e-Business group to provide technology and solutions according to Nestle IT standards, best practices, security guidelines, and service level objectives.
A day in the life of...
Provide support on existing solutions used by Marketing, Sales and eBusiness (MSE).
Ensure security and compliance in the area of MSE, Data Privacy, and Cloud solutions. Follow the standard, policies, and guidelines.
Work with IT MSE Manager in building relationship and engagement with regional and global contacts related to MSE. Understand the available MSE products and solutions in Nestle, its use cases as well as roadmap. Roll-out globally initiated projects.
Work with IT MSE Manager in building relaionship and engagement with the business related to MSE. Regular discussion for opportunities, local requirements and concerns. Align with regional MSE team to address business needs.
Identify opportunities on Digitalization and Automation of business processes by leveraging productivity tools available in Nestle.
What will make you successful
Degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering or IT or Marketing with IT related job experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in FMCG industry
Basic knowledge or concept in IT infrastructure (e.g. desktop, network, servers, database)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable working with different levels of people
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple models that can be easily understood by the general business community.
