International Payroll Analyst
Prepare semi-monthly payroll for Canada by established deadlines, including validating appropriate approvals, currency conversion and data entry or upload into Ultipro
Generate after payroll reports for Canada and ensure funding data is provided to Accounting for taxes
Own the review and balancing of Canadian payroll for semi monthly payroll and for generation of T4's quarterly balancing and at year end
Prepare international monthly payroll data for UK, & Germany and any other regions assigned and update international vendors ensuring deadlines are met
Generate after payroll reports including PTO liability and stock data for international entities
Respond to payroll inquires and file appropriate reports and requests received within country and pay period folders.
Maintain US non-exempt payroll time reporting system in Ultipro. This includes weekly follow up with employees for missed punches, manager approval reminders, manager PTO approvals
Update PTO requests for executives in Ultipro
Monitor and maintain Executive Admin timecards, including missed punches and follow up with Executive managers to ensure timely approvals
Maintain employee PTO reporting system internationally for salary employees, reconcile and include such data in each payroll
Monitor payroll email and respond to timecard and PTO questions for all regions.
Generate monthly PTO liability reports
Maintain compliance with accounting policies, procedures and SOX controls for payroll
Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters
Reconcile earnings and tax data per pay period or monthly, for quarter end analysis
Update contribution reports for ESPP for reconciliation
Update earnings for monthly payroll statistics
Complete Payroll Account Reconciliations, as assigned
Complete payroll projects, as assigned
Must have at least 3 years experience in payroll
