Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using a CRM software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development to continuously improve sales processes and drive customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Canva's products in the marketplace.

You have a proven track record of success in inbound sales, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or digital marketing environment.
You excel in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively, with strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build meaningful relationships across diverse customer segments.
You are self-motivated and results-driven, always striving to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
You are tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools [Gong, Outreach and Linkedin Navigator]
You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in every challenge. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

About the teamThe Inside Sales team at Canva plays a key role in engaging potential business customers to drive sales and expand Canva's presence within organizations. Their responsibilities include assessing and qualifying leads, engaging with prospects through various channels, and managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. They collaborate with teams such as Sales Enablement, Legal, and Customer Success, and assist customers with special requirements.
