Job Description
Our strategy involves paying people a premium, leveraging daily scorecards to measure individual results, rewarding and recognizing exceptional performance, listening to and implementing team feedback, and empowering employees to make their own decisions.
Our B2B sales team is working with a leading, multi-billion $, U.S.-based eCommerce company to grow revenues by converting online leads into active customers through outbound phone conversations. Our agents will need to communicate the program's benefits, solution-sell the customer, and nurture a relationship.
Key Skills
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
Discipline to follow through with on-call flow
Strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in college; or graduate of a 2-year course or a 4-year course
Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines; minimum of 18 years old.
At least 6 months of voice-related sales experience - Inbound Sales, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Able to multi-task as this role requires multiple tool navigation
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Has the capability to work from home.
