Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, billing concerns, and general financial service questions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Davao City.
