Job Title: Human Resource - Talent Sourcing Specialist - Associate

Human Resource has a key role in the transition to a culture that aligns risks and rewards, attracts and develops talented individuals, fosters teamwork and partnership, and makes a positive contribution to the countries in which we operate. Your role will be primarily responsible for creating and utilizing sourcing strategies for volume and niche requirements of the Bank. You will also be exposed to the end to end recruitment process such as interviewing, conducting job offers and account management. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this role. Your role will help hone your stakeholder management skills as you will have the opportunity to closely interact with colleagues and hiring managers.

Your key responsibilities
Creating and utilizing appropriate sourcing channels across volume and niche roles
Building a talent pipeline for niche and leadership roles
Support the end to end recruitment process
Handle local and regional projects in relation to Talent Sourcing and Human Resources
Your experience
Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resource or equivalent.
Proven experience in passive sourcing across various requirements, gained from recruitment agencies, shared services/BPO or multinational organizations
Proven experience in MS Office applications especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
Strong attention to detail with an ability to work in a fast paced environment
