At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Human Resource Management, Psychology.
Preferably Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Responsibilities
In-charge of payroll and timekeeping administration
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering accurate data
Updates payroll records
Checks and resolve discrepancies that may arise by collecting and analyzing information
Ensures updated and completes posting of Government Mandated Benefits
Responsible for successful processing and submission of employees' related/required documents for HDMF/SSS Loans, Sickness and Maternity Claims
Ensures submission of correct reports and observe timely compliance of all reports needed
Additional Requirements
3 years experienced in Human Resource (2 years in Compensation and Benefits)
