AP RESIDENCES INC. is an affiliated company of AP 888 Prime Builder Inc. that engaged in socialized and economic housing development. Currently, the company had established various projects in Visayas and Mindanao and with the ongoing expansion, the company is currently looking for:
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible in the preparation, computation, and request of monthly payment of Government mandated benefits of all employees such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth as well as Loans and Claims
Conducts interviews and screening of applicants and performs background checks
Monitor attendance and leave credits of all employees
Conducts orientation for newly hired employees
Ensures that 201 files of all employees are well maintained and updated
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
Preparing Job Descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Responsible for the implementation of payroll and benefits administration
Ensures that all employees are organized and satisfied with their working environment.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development Management or BS Psychology or any related field
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to multitask and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
Good and positive working attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Can start as soon as possible
