Male or Female
Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Development
Experience in all facets of HR functions such as Recruitment, Trainings, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
Familiar with Labor Laws
Proficient in computer applications
With at least 2 years' experience in HR related work from manufacturing firm
Must be detailed and goal oriented
