HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide expertise on policy improvements and procedure/system enhancements for Human Resource requirements in areas such as onboarding, attendance, benefits, training and hiring
Actively involve in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, background checking, collating documents and managing the hiring process
Create and implement onboarding procedures and manuals
Develop training and development programs
Update existing employee manuals and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Improve attendance and leave systems
Enhance and implement employee rating procedures and practices
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, social studies, psychology or related field
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management
Knowledge of HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development
Knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures and the related application process
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
Good ethics and reliability
Strong writing and process manual development skills
Willing to travel when necessary

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
