Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for providing excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
Daily duties include but not limited to:
Recruiting new employees, from screening to onboarding
Posting ads for vacancies
Processing data for payroll (Times Summary Preparation, etc.)
Managing benefits administration
Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
Organizing employees' training
Monitoring employees' performance and attendance
Advising managers, supervisors, and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
Assisting on disciplinary and employee performance problems
Assisting in the processing of disciplinary cases
Facilitating company activities for employee engagement
Requirements and skills
Basic knowledge of the HR functions which include Talent Management, Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development and Employee Relation
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an advantage
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
Graduated from any HR related 4-year course
With at least 1 year of related work experience
