1. Attract and develop a strong talent pool
2. Develop and implement an Employee Engagement and Retention Program
3. Time keeping, organizational development and proper handling of employee's 201 files
4. Ensure all benefits are paid and posted on time every month
5. Develop and maintain a performance appraisal
6. Develop and maintain a staff database
7. Develop and maintain an HR dashboard
8. Supervise various Human Resources activities, ensuring the quality of services provided
9. Formulate, recommend, and interpret personnel policies to meet the objectives of the company
10. Conducts continuing reviews of all personnel policies, programs, and practices to keep the company
up-to-date on current practices and informed of new developments
11. Directs the preparation and maintenance of regular and special reports desired by management to
assist in the attainment of corporate objectives
12. Ensures management practices comply with current policies and applicable regulations
13. Serves as an employee relations resource, including counselling, performance problems, and
advancement issues
14. Evaluates employment issues and ensures that they are handled in a professional and confidential
manner
15. Supports the administration of benefits by ensuring that employee questions/problems are handled in a
satisfactory manner
16. Oversees the processing of employee changes by ensuring all paperwork is signed off, documented
and submitted for processing
17. Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports
18. Coordinating, planning and assigning work for staff in accordance with the organization's policies and
applicable legal requirements
19. Other duties and responsibilities relevant with the role
