JOB DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Do research on potential prospects and create databases of local companies and potential customers.
Oversee sales and marketing activities such as lead generation, social media management, telemarketing and email blasts.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Investigate HR and System requirements needs of clients and prospects and document them properly.
Prepare drafts of correspondence, quotations, and proposals for Management approval.
Constantly update centralized CRM/Perceptor data repository for sales/marketing operational activities and client information updates.
Attend to contract management, billings, and collections.
Monitor implementation of accounts being managed.
Regular submission of sales/revenue status reports to Management including sales pipeline and sales activities update.
Perform consultative work/task during site visits and investigates on other business opportunities and possibilities of upgrade or expansion of ACLT's products and services.
Provide assistance in the preparation of SMA contracts and renewals and help in collecting SMA payments.
Develop and mentor team members and encourage self-learning and skills development.
Coordinate with the R&D and Finance Groups for client requests on customizations or additional requirements in the clients' current system, monitor progress, and make sure on time delivery and installation.
Performing other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
A degree holder in business management, computer engineering or equivalent
With solid experience in business development
HRIS or any Software Development experience is an advantage
Firm understanding of business and economic trends to develop strategies and contribute to the growth
Skills in:
Strategic business development
Project/Accounts Management
Good in communication, written and business writing
