We will count on you to:
Manages the invoices for HR Shared Services globally
Works closely with and support HRSS stakeholders globally
Analyzes and reviews documents prepared by lower level staff, provides input and ensures all documents adhere to established standards
Applies functional knowledge and provides more complex clerical services to ensure adequate support to professional and management staff
May troubleshoot issues involving office equipment and may submit requests for service, to support high level of department efficiency
What you need to have:
Effective communicator, both verbally and written, with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrable experience in invoice management
Experienced in using Oracle iProcurement or any other Financial Management System
Comfortable to work at flexible schedule (between day and mid shift)
