Role Purpose
The role holder provides limited support in the operation and administration of one or more specialized HR areas. Participates in the delivery of operational solutions for compensation and benefits analysis, training, workforce planning, employee relations, and regulations compliance. Supports processes in such areas as new hire employment administration, personnel administration, organizational/position management, officer and executive data administration, and international HR data information management. Participates in the implementation of human resource policies in agreement with current business strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Projects & Programs: Apply basic or limited knowledge of professional concepts in one or more specialized HR programs, processes, and tools.
Business Unit Management Support: Provide managers, employees, and HR colleagues with day-to-day support in the application of specialized HR programs, processes and tools by developing resolutions of limited scope.
HR Service: Work closely with Management to deliver all aspects of specialized HR work within defined HR service levels and with high levels of customer satisfaction. Follow specific, outlined, and detailed procedures.
Networking: Develop relationships with direct Manager and other HR professionals to build a reputation as an HR specialist.
HR Role Model: Contribute HR support for assigned activities to ensure HR best practices and quality standards are implemented.
Adherence to procedures: Ensure that security and authorization procedures are followed prior to undertaking transactions. Adhere to established HR policies and procedures to meet company standards, statutory and legal requirements.
Information Administration: Access, review, compile and store multiple sources of data to generate appropriate criteria for reports. Work with HR colleagues to determine sources of information to complete assigned work.
Development: Actively seek internal and external training and development opportunities to further develop competencies and/or move beyond the scope of the role.
Performance: Work independently within guidelines, defined procedures and management direction to achieve agreed individual objectives.

Update Applicant Tracking System tool
Ensure high QUALITY of available talents
Focus sourcing on IT professional profiles
Source potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building
Develop a robust pipeline for current role and future hiring needs
Generate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging
Expand network by leveraging user groups, blogs, and networking events
Articulate and can sell the Fujitsu value proposition to candidates via networking events, professional networks and face to face candidate interaction
Foster relationship with passive talent
Facilitate off-site hiring events
Create, implement, and monitor different referral programs (employee and application referral)
Familiarity with current and emerging direct sourcing techniques
Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements
Polished interview skills and telephone manner with behavioral based interviewing experience
The ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills
The ability to problem solve and think creatively around strategies for identifying quality talent
Commitment to confidentiality and ability to navigate sensitive matters professionally
Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment
Perform work-related tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
College graduate
With at least 1 year experience in Sourcing & Recruiting technical/software developers
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Willing to work on a day shift (9AM to 6PM)
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and has capability to do WFH
Can start ASAP or after 30 days
Key Performance Indicators
Contribute to the attainment of the desired business results for the specialized HR program, processes, and/or tools.
Contribute to the achievement of all defined HR Service Levels.
Support specialized HR programs, practices, procedures, tools and techniques within agreed timescale and budgets.
Credible relationships built with employees, managers, HR managers and colleagues, and support functions, as evidenced by positive feedback.
Valuable contribution made to the HR function, as evidenced by project team extended feedback.
