The HR Supervisor is responsible on establishing, overseeing and enhancing the organization's Human Resource by organizing, planning, designing, recommending, leading, implementing, controlling and evaluating its overall services, policies, programs and practices. He/she shall handle the following Human Resource Areas: (1) Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection and Hiring, (2) Compensation and Benefits, (3) Employee Relations, (4) Organizational Development and (5) Personnel Information System. Moreover, the HR Supervisor shall supervise the HR Assistant.
 
Duties and Responsibilities :
Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection and Hiring
1. Establishes, develops, evaluates and implements a Recruitment, Selection and Hiring procedure.
2. Coordinates with Section Heads from various operating sections on planning and forecasting the Manpower requirement of the company.
3. Receives and reviews endorsed Requisition For Personnel (RFP).
4. Performs all activities related to the recruitment, selection and hiring.
5. Conducts and analyzes Exit Interviews and recommends changes of the processes.
Compensation and Benefits
1. Verifies all Employment Contract, Personnel Action Sheet and Performance Appraisal Forms of the employees.
2. Schedules and conducts annual Performance Evaluation as basis on the salary structure revision.
3. Establishes, analyzes, recommends and updates employees' benefit program as appropriate.
4. Handles rewards and recognition program of the employees.
5. Ensures timely payment and submission of reports on SSS, PHIC and HDMF contribution and loan amortization of employees. Guides the HR Assistant on facilitating all SSS, PHIC and HDMF concerns of the employees.
6. Performs all activities necessary for the issuance, distribution of all fringe benefits to the employees.
Employee Relations
1. Creates and disseminates Office Memorandums that would fit the day to day operations of the company.
2. Performs all activities related to Employee's Performance Appraisal, Personnel Movements (i.e. promotion, transfer, demotion, retrenchment, retirement, termination and separation) in coordination with the Section Heads.
3. Ensures the enforcement of the Employee's Code of Conduct and performs all relevant activities such as but not limited on:
· Receiving of Incident Reports from the various sections of the company.
· Creating and distributing Show Cause Memorandum and Notice of Disciplinary Action.
· Conducting an Administrative Hearing/Investigation and producing its Minutes of Investigation.
4. Handles Labor - Management disputes, complaints and grievances and other disciplinary action concerns. Provides counseling to employees as needed and appropriate.
5. Addresses a variety of personnel related issues and/or provides general support.
6. Leads all company activities (i.e. monthly meeting, anniversary, Christmas party, Team Building and the like).
7. Conducts orientation program to our newly hired employees.
Organizational Development
1. Creates, develops, evaluates, recommends and implements a comprehensive Company Policies and Employee's Code of Conduct in compliance with top management's objectives and the Labor Code.
2. Maintains the work structure by updating the organizational structure and job descriptions of all positions.
3. Takes care of employee's management and organizational development through various training programs.
4. Conducts seminars, trainings and/or workshop to the employees. Creates Training Programs / Designs for these seminars, training and/or workshops.
HR Information System
1. Establishes, develops and implements a filing and retrieval system.
2. Ensures safekeeping, monitoring and updating of all employee and HR related files with strict confidentiality.
3. Provides information to the concerned employee.
Other Function(s)
1. Reviews all reports prepared by the HR Assistant
2. Prepares and submits reports based on the agreed schedule.
3. Verifies, records, monitors and maintains a consistently updated file of employee's Leave Credits.
4. Prepares Certificate of Employment as requested by the employee.
5. Ensures compliance on all established organizational policies and operating procedures.
6. To do other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualification :
Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology/HR Management or its equivalent;
At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field;
At least two (2) years of supervisory working experience;
Knowledgeable and well experienced on all facets of HR;
