Responsibilities:
Supervise the implementation of compensation and benefits policies and programs in an equitable, effective, and efficient manner
Plan, develop, and recommend Benefits Programs based on current trend analysis and policy direction
Review generated trainee and employee documents such as but not limited to Employment Agreement, Voluntary Training Agreement, and Certificate of Employment to ensure consistency in processing
Administer corporate short- and long-term salary and incentive plans
Requirements:
At least 2-year college diploma in Human Resources or any business-related field
2 to 3 years of experience directly related within human resources compensation and benefits
At least 2 years of experience supervising direct reports
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
Excellent analytics background
Proficient in creating reports and MS Office
Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including night shift, weekends and holidays
