FUNCTIONS:
• Ensure compliance with Government agencies
• Process and ensure timely payment of government premiums.
• Process statutory payment and reports such as but not limited to SSS, PhilHealh, PagIbig.
• Process employee's statutory benefits such as but not limited to Loans, Maternity and Sickness claims.
• Process Company initiated benefits such as but not limited to HMO, Leave, flower Arrangement, Fruit basket, Birthdays.
• Process HMO enrollment, amendment and deletion
• Process employee's Uniform and ID
• Proper tracking and religious update of employee's leave accrual and usage.
• Maintain C&B tracker
• Prepare Certificates (COE, Certificate of Contributions, payments etc)
• Keeping up to date records of each employee's benefit profile
• Facilitate APE
• Process employee's Daily Timesheet, various deductions, and Payroll administration
• Monitor and update the minimum wage of all region
• Prepare pay register
• Validation of disputes and concerns
• Attend to employee's query related but not limited to payroll, attendance/timesheet
• Preparation of Annualization
• Processing of final pay
• Facilitate HR Events
• Participate and assist in HR Project
• Perform Ad Hoc Task
POSSESS KNOWLEDGE ON THE FOLLOWING:
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Payroll Software, E-hub, EPRS, Other government system and Accounting System
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
• 3-5 years Payroll and Benefits experience
• Preferably with knowledge on Account Payroll Entry.
