HR SPECIALIST - EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS
 
Responsibilities:
Process clearances of all resigning and terminated trainee and employees in accordance with the end of employment process
Facilitate exit Interviews for separated employees and trainees
Record implemented disciplinary actions for use in analyzing trends
Provide separated employees with requested and required post-separation documents
Maintain 201 files of separated employees and trainees as well as other assigned files and databases
Requirements:
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience in conducting orientation/calibration sessions
Detail-oriented, accurate, analytical, and strategic thinker
Excellent communication, and negotiating and probing skills
Proficient in creating reports and in using MS Office
Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including night shift, weekends, and holidays)
