The Team
The People Operations and Technology team is a part of the People@Nasdaq Team, a cohesive and highly collaborative group working together to make Nasdaq an amazing place to work. The team drives to redesign the HR processes and tools to provide an innovative and seamless experience to our employees around the world.
Your Day Will Include
As part of the People Services team, you will be in charge of providing Level 1 HR support to Nasdaq employees around the globe. In addition, you will work closely with different units in fulfillment of these activities:
HR Contact Center - Serves as first point of contact for employees regarding HR related issues and provides appropriate resolution
Employee Data Management - Manages employee data management transactions
Reports and Analytics - Prepares Level 1 reports as requested by HR Centers of excellence
General HR Administration - Coordinates general HR administrative tasks
The Best-Suited Candidate
To be considered for this role, your skills will include:
Entry level role requiring only a minimum of 6 months experience in providing HR support in a global service delivery model (recent graduates with HR - related internship experience will also be considered)
Exposure to employee data management and or employee data management platforms - experience in Workday is an advantage
A keen eye for detail and a good problem solver with great interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box
The initiative to learn and be comfortable working with minimum supervision
Have intermediate Microsoft Office application skill
Flexibility to work across all shift schedules (morning, mid, night)
