Main Responsibility:
 
Responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for job openings and provide them with the necessary training and development to succeed in their roles. To ensure that the organization has the right people with the right skills in the right positions to achieve its strategic objectives.
 
Position Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in training and recruitment.
Technical Competencies: Strong knowledge of training and recruitment best practices and trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Behavioral Competencies: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in training and recruitment.
Salary commensurate to skills and experience.
