Serves as backend support to aid in documentation and candidate management.
Facilitates the end-to-end processing of pre-employment requirements.
Creates the HR credentials & enrollment.
Administers pre-employment requirements.
In charge of contract management.
Monitors and facilitates the performance evaluation of all employees.
Prepares and handles the issuance of necessary documents for resigning employees.
Processes payroll for active and inactive employees, focusing on the validation of attendance and timekeeping inputs.
Prepares payroll entries every month.
Manages the leave credits of employees.
Balances the payroll accounts by auditing information, identifying discrepancies, and resolving them.
Prepares the Alphalist and BIR Form 2316.
Prepares and sends monthly SSS, PhilHealth, and Pagibig remittances.
Ensures the reporting of newly hired employees to SSS (R-1A), and PhilHealth (ER2).
Processes and submits loan applications of employees.
Processes employee related benefits.
Answers all benefit-related inquiries.
Prepares the bank file for a specific cut-off date.
Processes Final pay of separated/resigned employees and post-employment documents.
Ensures payroll reports are accurate and disbursed in a timely manner.
Serves as a liaison to various government offices.
Reconciles with Finance RE payroll records.
Identifies and manages the necessary vendors, as well as the bidding process.
In charge of contract management.
Checks and validates vendor billings.
Manages customer relations.
Facilitates the inventory of 201 files.
Creates and uploads new hire data and information to the HRIS system for electronic 201 filing and payroll operations.
Maintains and updates employee's basic information in the HRIS and company systems.
Maintains updated records of all approved documents and the distribution of data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably a graduate of BS Business Management in Human Resource Development, BS Psychology or equivalent.
Candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in HR knowledgeable with strong knowledge on Payroll and Data Management.
Candidate must have a deep understanding of labor law and employment regulations.
Candidate must have a great knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal.
Candidate must be highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and HR related software.
Candidate must have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Candidate must have outstanding organizational and conflict management skills.
