Job Requirement:
> Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College degree holder, Major in Accounting/Finance, Business Studies/Administration Management, or other equivalent.
> Preferably at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
> Knowledgeable in Payroll Rule and Accounting.
> Background in HR Payroll software and programs
> Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
> Able to communicate within different levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
> End to end payroll processing
> Payroll Process (accept billings or SOA from Manpower Agencies, prepare payroll work sheet, encode DTR and Governmental Benefits)
> Update Daily Time Record of Staff
> Facilitating Employees clearance and computation of Employees Terminal Pay
> Preparation of monthly payroll reports, BDO crediting reconciliation and updating of employees' location
> Completion & generation of ITR (2316), Exemption, Withholding tax and Alpha list
> May be assigned to any related task from time to time by superior/s.
