Job descriptions
Support all internal Compensation and Benefits related inquiries and request for expatriate employees
Contribute in the improvement of HR policies and procedures
Process payroll and resolve payroll errors for expatriate employees
Process legal documentation and onboarding requirements of expatriate employees.
Oversee and and communicate financial impact of compensation and benefits (ex: salary, salary structure, etc) to the management
Prepare and keep records of employee benefits, training, internal movements, separation notices, promotions, and related documentation.
Verify all remuneration and rewards before disbursement
Maintain, assess and improve employment contracts, letters and templates.
Advise and coordinate with the management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Produce and submit reports on general Compensation and Benefits activity
Work closely with the HRAD Supervisor and local HR for matters related to C&B local and expatriate.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience of the similar role
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
Exposure to compensation and benefits tasks for expatriate employees
Exposure to payroll processing for expatriate employees (preferably someone who had an exposure in processing and validating payroll in USD currency.)
Full understanding of C&B function (preferably for expat) and HR best practices
Advance skill in using Excel, Word, etc.
Can work independently but has a strong coordination skill
Good written and verbal English skills
Meticulous attention to detail.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
