We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll and Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing payroll for our various BreadTalk branches and providing support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Process payroll for multiple BreadTalk branches accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime, and verify timesheets for accuracy.
Address payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues in collaboration with the HR team and Finance department.
Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Compensation & Benefits Support:
Assist employees with inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll deductions.
Reporting and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies related to payroll and benefits administration.
Prepare and file payroll-related reports and forms as required by regulatory agencies.
Documentation and Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, including salary adjustments, promotions, and deductions.
Organize and maintain employee files and payroll documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and labor laws.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Must be willing to work onsite (Makati City).
