HR Operations - Employment Contracts Administrator - Senior Associate - Manila

This is a great opportunity to join the broader Human Resources team at Macquarie and play and important role in our candidate and employee journey. As a key member in the team, you'll help us make sure our new starters are ready from day 1 and that they have a fantastic experience along the way.
In this role, your responsibilities would include completion of all day-to-day on-boarding tasks, including but not limited to the following:
- daily monitoring of starter requests
- generating global employment contracts
- facilitating return of completed/signed employment documents
- managing starter loading process
- executing hand-offs to various teams within Macquarie relevant to starter requests
- preparing ad hoc reporting requests
- answering inquiries received via chat, email and phone
- logging all inquiries in a case management system and updating call log details as required
- participating in project-related initiatives/activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be customer focused and have the ability to initiate and maintain client relationships. You'll also have a high attention to detail and be comfortable with working on multiple tasks and high volumes.
You'll also bring the following skills:
- ability to adapt and up skill quickly
- ability to manage client expectations
- excellent English skills - verbal and written-
- ability to manage tasks effectively through completion
- strong Microsoft Office skills
- ability to work autonomously and the confidence to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary
- previous HR experience in on-boarding process will be highly regarded but is not essential.
