Are you passionate about creating efficient HR processes and ensuring smooth team coordination? We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support and enhance our HR functions. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping recruitment workflows, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless integration across our HR processes. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Oversee and improve recruitment workflows to ensure efficient candidate management from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to align hiring practices with company culture and expectations.
HR Documentation Management: Organize and maintain all recruitment documents, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and clear communication. Create flow charts, SOPs, and other documentation to streamline HR functions ( as needed) under close coordination with the HR head.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and exit processes, manage checklists, and documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Team Engagement and Communication: Support weekly team-building activities and engagement sessions to enhance rapport, trust, and communication within the HR department.
Policy Implementation: Assist with the execution of company policies, such as salary adjustments, allowances, overtime practices, and agreements related to benefits.
Performance Management Support: Work closely with management to support in the performance appraisal tools and ensure alignment with company objectives and operational phases.
Data and System Management: Maintain data and other systems for tracking recruitment, payroll, and attendance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with labor standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of HR Operations or HR Administration experience.
Proficiency and experience in streamlining HR processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with team members and department heads.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory standards is an advantage.
