The HR Assistant provides support on the provision of employee services, such as, but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, documentation system, training, employee engagement and discipline.
Oversees the entire payroll process from start to finish, including tasks such as timekeeping, calculating pay, processing transactions, and maintaining records
Implement, policies, programs and procedures related to Employee Relations.
Inform and guide the employees on rules and regulations of the company and the procedures that need to be followed to ensure compliance.
Preparation of Payment/Compliance of Mandated Government Benefits.
Performs other related jobs as may be required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any relevant courses;
At least 1 year(s) of proven working experience in the related field.
Proven leadership skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills, successful coaching and team-building, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision;
Highly independent and passionate.
Willing to work at Binondo, Manila
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
