HR OfficerTransnational Diversified Group

The Human Resources Officer is primarily responsible for supporting the department in ensuring that HR services and responsibilities are delivered to the employees and TDG Management in an efficient and effective manner.
Must have a strong background in the following areas:
Recruitment
Compensation and Benefits
Labor Relations
Employee Engagement
HRIS
Performance Management
With Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational) / Behavioral Science / Social Science or any related course
At least 6 mos to 1 year of experience in different HR Facets
Must be familiar with HR processes
Proven experience as a Human Resource Generalist
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Google forms;
Precision and accuracy in performance of assigned tasks;
Eye for the detail;
A self-started, team player;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
