Main Function:
The Training and Organizational Development Specialist upholds the quality of service and productivity of the organization by identifying, delivering and effectively monitoring all the training requirements of the company and its employees as well all necessary organizational intervention in organizational development. He/She is responsible for the planning, organizing and leading of the transmission of relevant knowledge, attitude, skills and habits to effectively perform each job function in the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conducts and manages Training Needs Analysis across the different positions in the organization on a regular and consistent manner, employing methods relevant to the needs and resources of the organization
· Effectively identifies training methods, venues and programs needed to address training gaps.
· Designs program curricula to respond to training gaps
· Identifies training vendors / suppliers when necessary and effectively manages the terms of reference of each contract.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or Industrial Engineering
· At least two (2) years relevant work experience within the areas of Training and OD in a supervisory capacity.
· Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint
