Job Description:
Client management ("Alaga")
Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Identifies opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services.
Provides technical support and guidance to clients as needed.
Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Ensures the effective flow of information between stakeholders of the project
Leads & collaborates closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, GIS analysts, data scientists, and other relevant professionals) to ensure seamless client service
Prepares regular reports on account performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Geography, GIS, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
2-3 years proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
Strong understanding of GIS principles and applications, an advantage.
Can use Google Workspace (Gmail, Doc, Sheet, Slides) or related software
Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio)
